We know the tough choices that will be required to fix our nation’s finances, but what we no longer have is time.

“And we appear to be racing at full speed toward the most predictable economic crisis of our lifetimes,” Senator Warner said during a floor speech this afternoon.

“Virginians I’m hearing from simply cannot understand why the people they elect to come here to conduct their business cannot seem to get their act together. And you know what? I don’t have a particularly good answer for them – because I don’t get it, either.”
