Senator Warner joined Governor Bob McDonnell on Thursday to launch a new digital literacy program that'l be provided free to Virginia middle school students. My Digital Life teaches 8th and 9th graders how to avoid revealing too much about themselves online, and suggests ways to use the Internet responsibly and safely.

My Digital Life is a partnership between technology company Neustar and digital education platform provider EverFi, which will provide the program at no cost to the schools. It is valued at least $1 million.

Afterwards, Senator Warner and Governor McDonnell slipped upstairs to the Governor's Office for an unscheduled bipartisan conversation:

McDonnell and Warner shared a few laughs at a news conference before retreating to the governor’s office upstairs to chat -- and chat.

They chatted so long that Warner and McDonnell were both late for their separate lunches.

Look at that. The state’s two most popular politicians may even like each other.
