FY2024 Congressionally Directed Spending
Thank you for your interest in the Fiscal Year 2024 (FY24) appropriations and congressionally directed spending (CDS) process. Senator Warner’s application for requests closed on March 10, 2023. All of Senator Warner’s FY24 congressionally directed spending requests will be posted below by April 28, 2023. Submission of a request does not guarantee funding.
Congressionally directed spending requests must adhere to the existing requirements in Rule XLIV of the Standing Rules of the Senate and to additional reforms instituted by the Senate Appropriations Committee.
