Earlier this week, we traveled to the Peninsula and Hampton Roads to talk about creating jobs and strengthening our economy.

We held great campus town halls to speak with students at Old Dominion University and Hampton University. We also highlighted a new regional effort to train dislocated workers for high-wage, high-demand jobs in healthcare. We also had an opportunity to help celebrate the great work being done at Children’s Hospital of The King’s Daughters as the nonprofit pediatric hospital celebrates its 50th anniversary.
