Last week, Senator Warner sent a letter to the Karen Mills, the administrator of the Small Business Administration, following-up on feedback he received on the SBA's business loan program during his trip through Western Virginia.

In his conversations during that trip, Senator Warner heard from small business owners about their frustrations with the delayed implementation of an emergency loan program, which was orginially announced in February.

He promised to come back to Washington and try to get some answers from the SBA on why the details will not be released until June.

Last week, he and Congressman Glenn Nye sent a letter to the administrator:

"We recognize the Administration is in the midst of administering a host of new programs. ... But because our businesses need to be able to plan in the short-term,  we ask that you provide us with a clear description of when exactly the ARC rules will be finalized."

Senator Warner offered his help to help disseminate the information once it is available.

Here is the whole letter to Karen Mills.
