Senator Warner dials NoVA
Jul 08 2014
During a hour-long teletown hall last night, Senator Warner dialed tens of thousands of NoVA residents to take questions on important issues like fixing the immigration system and making higher education more affordable and accessible.
“I know at times, seeing how things aren’t really getting done in Washington can be frustrating,” he told the callers. “I’m frustrated too. But know that there are a lot more people up here trying to do the right thing than gets reported in the news. I promise to keep working for Virginia, and hope that you all keep the faith.”
Since January, Senator Warner has held eight teletown halls with hundreds of thousands of Virginians from around the Commonwealth.
